    When is a referral considered “successful”?

    A referral is considered successful when we are hired by the person who was referred.

    Do I have to be a customer myself to refer someone?

    No. Referrals from our network are always welcome.

    What happens if the person being referred is already a customer?

    In that case, the referral doesn't apply, of course.

    What happens to the data?

    We, of course, treat all information confidentially and contact recommended individuals only in connection with the recommendation.

    How quickly do we contact the recommended?

    We usually contact the person who was recommended within 2 business days, but this is not guaranteed.
