Modern app solution for omnichannel retail

tredy Fashion is a German fashion retailer with around 130 stores and a clearly defined target group: style-conscious women aged 40 and above. To strengthen digital customer loyalty and reposition the app as a strategic touchpoint, tredy opted for a comprehensive relaunch—implemented with BNO Technology Solutions.

initial situation

The previous app was technically outdated, offered limited functionality, and could no longer meet today's requirements for usability, performance, and CRM integration. The goal was to develop a flexible, modern app that would perform well in an omnichannel context and allow for future-proof enhancements.

    Die App wurde mit modernster Technologie entwickelt: .NET MAUI ermöglicht eine performante Cross-Plattform-Entwicklung für iOS und Android. ASP.NET Core WebAPI bindet die Filialdaten aus Shopware an, während MongoDB eine skalierbare und flexible Datenspeicherung sicherstellt. Für die moderne Container-Infrastruktur sorgt .NET Aspire.

  • 🖥️ WordPress as a headless CMS

    Einfach zu pflegen, flexibel zu gestalten – das Content-Management der App basiert auf WordPress, eingebunden über die RESTful API. So können Inhalte kostengünstig und dezentral verwaltet werden.

  • 📍 Smart store locator

    Mit direkter Anbindung an das Shopware-Backend bietet die App eine präzise und aktuelle Standortsuche – inklusive Öffnungszeiten, Services und Google-Maps-Integration.

💌 Focus on push communication

Together with our partner OneSignal, we have implemented a powerful push infrastructure. According to a recent study by Shopgate (2025), event-based push notifications are among the most effective tools in mobile marketing, with open rates of up to 16.9% and conversion rates of up to 7.5%.

For tredy, push notifications are now the most important communication channel – even ahead of email marketing.
